Don't let the toy makers fool you. This little guy is a 12-inch tall barrel of master-race angst. It is full of drama. Nothing but ego. Always wanting to exterminate something. A barrel of laughs. Just like the big, bad Daleks in the "Doctor Who" series, it has 360-degree travel, blast sound and flashing lights, and probably can't negotiate stairs worth a darn.

It's a testament to Dalek stick-to-it-iveness that they were considered a dangerous master race for eons in the series without being able to negotiate stairs.  This little guy has a super-annoying voice and doesn't pick up after itself and can't be convinced, no matter what the circumstances, to do the dishes. It's completely useless.
