In the department of the strange, ridiculous and quite possibly pointless, we have the latest offering from SolidAlliance. Their USB GhostRadar does just what it sounds likes! It detects ghosts. While this may be a must if your address is in Amityville, this little gadget is pretty much a glorified waste of money.

Popularized by travelers who apparently cannot find a hotel to stay in that is not haunted, the USB device picks up strange magnetic waves and then flashes its little red lights. In this case, it’s hard to tell which would be more terrifying, the ghost of dear Aunt Sara, or the red flights flashing in the dark! LOL
