You Can Drum if You Want To

How would you like a drum kit that you can put in your overnight bag and play in a hotel room or a kit that your parents won't freak out about? No one even has to know if you're not that good at drumming. You can drum and not cause repetitive stress injuries in your shoulders and elbows (but may make your finger joints a little stiff). It's totally possible with the Finger Beat Drum.

Of course, if this were just an amplification system for what you like to do with your fingertips against the table, that would be cool on its own. But that isn't this drum kit is. It is mP3/CD compatible, which means you can play along with your favorite music. Or music you hate. Doesn't matter. You can do what ever you want with this little thing. Want to take over the world? It is within your power.

There are four backing tracks that you can play along with, too, and adjustable tempo and volume. You know, synthesized keyboard kind of stuff.

If you don't want anyone to hear you drum away, or if the people you are with don't want to hear you, then you can plug in a set of headphones and tap away quietly (as far as they are concerned). You can also record your drumming so you can play it back later and see how you did, or just groove on what you did, which may or may not be weird.

Practical uses for the Finger Beat Drum include honoring your gifting responsibilities to the drummer in your life who has everything or the friend who just can't keep his fingers still if he hears music. You can also throw it at people who try to break into your house.
